Captialising on that slightly irreverent approach to learning and complete loathing of a boring classroom (succinctly expressed by her 6th grade school teacher), Tam has combined 20 years of theatre experience with over 20 years of facilitation expertise to craft workshops and events that ensure each session is intensely engaging, with lots of room for discussion, where even the most reticent participant is cajoled to chime in. Allowing leaders to learn from one another and feel comfortable to participate.

Coupling that with an ability to quickly notice what each leader needs, and then strongly challenging their thinking around both: their aspirations of what ‘could be’ and what needs to occur day to day to get there. Then enhancing the day to day with incredibly relevant and practical content, in the form of experiments a leader can execute, track, and succeed at quickly.
