The Experiments

What is important during experimentation is to feel assured that the experiments will take hold. Our complete confidence in their success comes from paying attention to what has worked BEST for the 100s of leaders we’ve worked with over the years. These experiments have been tried and tested, iterated from participant experiences, researched and re-researched and we know they work.

The beauty of this structure is that each leader comes away with what they NEED and they don’t focus on experiments that won’t serve where they are in their development.

To illustrate that each leader can have a completely different take out and key learning, but all participate in the same program, we’ve asked some program graduates:

“What was the experiment that meant most to you during the program?”
