We explore how effectively your leaders ‘build leverage through others’, helping them assess and examine their current leadership mindsets and skills. This is then compared to where the business needs them to be to succeed. The experiments needed around operating rhythm, mindset and skill – for group and individuals – become apparent, and are built into 90 day plans to reignite their potential.
